I utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to help my patients reach their individual goals and take a whole body approach to patient centered care. I am always excited to incorporate new techniques learned from continuing education in order to personalize my patients’ progress and PT experience.

Clinical interest for patients

I enjoy treating a wide array of patients with orthopedic conditions. I am also passionate about treating patients, both women and men, for conditions related to pelvic floor physical therapy and oncology rehab. Most recently, I have become certified as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach and am interested in helping women modify their exercises as needed during pregnancy and return to the activities they enjoy at any stage of being postpartum.
