I believe in practicing evidenced medicine while educating patients about their diagnosis and treatment options, thus allowing them to make educated decisions that align with their individual values, needs and goals. I practiced as a registered nurse for 21 years, 8 in critical care and 12 in pulmonology, all before returning to school to obtain my nurse practitioner’s degree. I believe my experience, along with the additional education, allow me to communicate well with patients and establish mutually respective relationships. I continue to learn something new everyday and enjoy sharing my knowledge with my patients.
I moved to Colorado to be close to my family. I enjoy skiing, hiking and spending time with my family.
