I am dedicated to partnering with my patients to thoughtfully manage autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. I believe the best outcomes come from collaboration, listening closely to your experience, understanding your goals, and making decisions together based on the best available evidence and your individual needs.

My approach is focused on the whole person. While medications are often an important part of treatment, I also consider the broader factors that influence health, including lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, mental well-being and social context. Autoimmune disease does not exist in isolation, and effective care means addressing how illness affects daily life, identit  and long-term wellness.

I strive to create a supportive, respectful environment where patients feel heard, informed and empowered. I want you to understand your condition and treatment options so you can take an active role in your care. Whether managing a new diagnosis or a complex, chronic condition, my goal is to help you achieve better function, improved quality of life and a sustainable path forward.

I have been lucky enough to be living in the Denver area the past 10 years. Outside of work I spend as much time as possible with my amazing husband, daughter and two dogs. I love hiking, reading, cooking, travel and Sci-Fi!
