Ramona Perkins was born in Riverside, CA, but moved to Loveland, CO, when she was 2. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with her BSN in 1993 and went back to school for her nurse practitioner credential in 2015.
After becoming an NP, Ramona decided to do an emergency nurse practitioner fellowship in Corinth, MS. She is currently dual certified in family medicine and emergency medicine. Ramona started nursing school during a severe nursing shortage—she knew that she was called to a helping profession.
When she is not working, Ramona loves hiking, baking, and taking walks with her two pups.
