My Philosophy of Care involves using a multi-system and evidence based approach that is individualized for each patient based on their unique condition and goals. I strive to help each patient understand what is going on with their body related to their diagnosis and empower them to be an active participant in their recovery process. I choose to work at UCHealth to be a part of a collaborative team to provide high quality and individualized care for patient with orthopedic and vestibular diagnoses.

I am an Iowa native who has been living in Colorado more than 10 years. I love to spend time with my family, cook, and travel. I enjoy the various outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, especially during the warmer weather months. I have also been a dancer for over 30 years and continue to support the performing arts.
