As a board certified family nurse practitioner with a background as an intensive care unit nurse, I am passionate about optimizing health and quality of life by focusing on disease prevention, early detection, and reduction of medical complications. I foster long-term partnerships with my patients that are rooted in mutual respect and caring. I meet my patients wherever they are on their health journey as we work incrementally to achieve their health goals and maximize wellness. Drawing on my experience as a nurse, I practice from a holistic perspective, with an equal emphasis on physical and mental wellbeing.
I enjoy spending time in the mountains hiking and skiing, and I stay active through long-distance running and playing pickleball. I love game nights and time spent with my family and good friends. As a University of Michigan alumna, for better or for worse, every fall I root for Michigan football. I hold myself to the highest standard of care for my patients and look forward to a lifetime of continual learning and growth.
