I am a compassionate provider dedicated to delivering patient specific care that is holistic, evidence-based and empathetic. I find great satisfaction in building a relationship with my patients that enables me to partner with them to achieve their health goals. I am particularly passionate about disease prevention through integration of nutrition and exercise into treatment to help patients achieve optimal health. I have worked in medicine for over 10 years in a plethora of settings. I earned my bachelors from Pensacola Christian College. As a military spouse I worked all over the U.S. and overseas before returning to school to earn my masters and eventually become a nurse practitioner.
I am originally from Spokane, WA and remain a mountain girl at heart. Family, a love for the outdoors and the Air Force brought my husband and I to Colorado. Outside of medicine, I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible. My interests include climbing 14’ers, rock climbing, running, Crossfit, skiing, scuba diving, watching Zag basketball, and spending time with my husband, daughter, and dog Loki.
