Rachel is a Colorado native and has lived in the northern Colorado area for 20+ years. She graduated from Colorado State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science and she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver. Rachel is a dedicated Physical Therapist with a strong commitment to evidence based care and patient centered rehabilitation. Rachel focuses on empowering patients and enhancing long term outcomes. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling and has taken continuing education courses on all areas of the body. She has additional experience in treating jaw pain, chronic pain, and in pregnancy/ postpartum care. In her free time she enjoys exploring Colorado, running, and spending time with her family.
