I value building trusting relationships with the patient and their care partners. Developing an individualized patient centered treatment plan allows the patient to be proactive in their care and achieve positive outcomes. I believe in empowering patients to be involved in decision making with the hopes that they will be more likely to achieve their goals. I strive to keep up to date with the latest evidenced based research to provide accurate timely information and address any concerns or questions regarding their plan of care.
Utilizing a team based approach with other healthcare providers is also vital to this partnership with the patient. We are stronger and more valuable to the patient if we work together.
I moved from San Antonio, Texas in June 2020. I have two adventurous boys. Our family loves sports and the outdoors. My passions are snowboarding, hiking and CrossFit.
