A CU Medicine provider.
My goal is to provide care that honors the humanity of every patient, creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and respected. I hope to offer each patient my dedicated presence and empathy, drawing on experiences outside of medicine, living abroad, and navigating the healthcare system with my own family. I like to learn who my patients are, who are their family and friends, what they enjoy, and what is meaningful to them, while using my knowledge to empower them to make healthy choices that support them beyond the hospital and in all areas of their life and community.
Outside of work, I enjoy surfing, scuba diving, going for long runs, playing basketball, painting, reading, and exploring new places – activities that keep me curious, active, and mindful.

- Clinical interest for patients
-
I care for patients across all ages, managing a wide range of health needs in the hospital setting. My clinical interests include complex infectious diseases, respiratory failure, bedside cardiopulmonary physiology, point-of-care ultrasound, and the implementation of evidence-based medicine. I am particularly interested in using lung ultrasound and other bedside diagnostic tools to improve clinical decision-making for patients with dyspnea, shock, and other critical illnesses.
- Volunteer activities
I’ve volunteered with organizations that reflect what matters to me, including mentoring teens with chronic illnesses at Camp YOLO, working with refugees at the Boat Refugee Foundation in Greece, and supporting Spanish-speaking communities access care through Puentes de Salud in Philadelphia.
