Dr. Phan is a board-certified general surgeon originally from Washington State. He completed surgical residency training in 2010 and went on to serve as a general surgeon for four years in the United States Air Force. He deployed three times to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, providing surgical care to American and Coalition service members. During this time, Dr. Phan also served at St. Louis University (SLU) Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
