I aim to help patients integrate evidence-based medical recommendations with their unique life stories and goals to make informed, empowered decisions about their health. I feel it is important to continually re-evaluate whether patient care is guided by the principle of healing and whole-person wellness in an often complex medical system. Working in a space centered in authentic relationship is a privilege for me, and I look forward to getting to know you!
I grew up in Indiana with three hilarious sisters and attended the University of Notre Dame. I worked for a year in Americorps as a Community Health Specialist in Portland, Oregon before attending medical school at UCLA and completing residency training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, playing guitar and trombone, watching college sports (Go Irish!), running and being outside. I am excited and honored to practice medicine in beautiful Colorado!
