As a family medicine physician, I believe it is important to take a holistic and patient-centered approach to my care. In many cases, family medicine providers are the first line of defense in staving off preventable chronic illness and maximizing quality of life. Thus, I place high value on evidence-based preventative medicine. I enjoy taking care of patients at all ages and stages of life, and look forward to making personal connections with all my patients to help foster a long-lasting therapeutic relationship.
I am an avid outdoorsman, which prompted our move from the Midwest to Colorado. I enjoy backpacking, hiking, camping and snowboarding in the winter months. My wife Kirstin and I enjoy spending any free-time outdoors with our dog Wesley.
