A CU Medicine provider.
My approach to care is to empower people to take charge of their own wellness. I listen. I encourage my patients to invest in self-care. I encourage medical self-advocacy. Educating patients is very important to me.
I am a voracious reader. I can always give you a good book recommendation. I love to cook as well as dine out and am happy to swap recipes or dining reviews. My husband and I enjoy movies and TV series as well. I have dogs and kids and “the full catastrophe!”
