Pam has been a practicing physical therapist for over 20 years.  She graduated in 1998 from University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences with a Master’s in Physical Therapy.  In 2002 she became a Certified Pilates Instructor for Rehabilitation through Polestar.  With this background, Pam’s treatment philosophy is holistic (looking at the whole body and its systems), manual therapy and exercise based, and integrates Pilates as a treatment method for core stabilization.  She has had extensive coursework centering on manual therapy, evaluation and treatment of the extremities and spine, Kinesio Taping, and introductory Schroth method for scoliosis.  Pam also performs biomechanical bike fits so that her patients can return to more pain-free cycling.  Pam particularly enjoys seeing her patients improve, striving to help achieve her patient’s goals and even beyond.
