Working together with the clients we identify the physical deficits that prohibit participating in specific activities by developing personalized treatments to help you achieve your goals. Whether your goals are something simple like putting on a jacket or shoes without pain or returning to your favorite activity or sport, we will work together creating a program to get you to you back to optimal function as quickly as possible.

My family and I moved to Denver 16 years ago. We find Colorado to be the perfect balance of warm summer weather and sunny snow days to support our favorite outdoor activities. I am thankful to be able to raise my children in such a great community.

Clinical interest for patients

I am interested in working with patients to find the right combination of treatments to be the most effective, helping patients stay motivated to take an active role to achieve their goals. I enjoy working with patients who are returning to sports after an injury or surgery as well as patients that are limited in life or work activities related to weakness or pain.

Research interest for patients

Integrated Dry Needling, new research on the effectiveness of muscle activation during exercises and the effectiveness of new and traditional manual therapy techniques.
