Francis is skilled in conflict resolution and customer service and is committed to fostering collaborative, high-performing care teams that integrate both clinical and administrative staff.
Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia, a master’s degree from Georgia Southern University, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He is passionate about identifying innovative ways to apply his professional expertise and interpersonal strengths in support of UCHealth’s mission and vision.
Outside of work, Francis enjoys attending sporting events, participating in marksmanship activities, and spending time outdoors.
