Additional Information: Nicole Padilla earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge, in 2011. She later moved to Arizona and attended Pima Medical Institute, where she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2016.
Nicole began her career working with patients with neurological conditions in a hospital setting and has experience treating a variety of diagnoses and conditions. Since 2024, she has worked in outpatient orthopedics, including with post-operative patients and young athletes working toward returning to their sports. She moved to Colorado in July 2026 and joined UCHealth shortly afterward.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys watching European soccer and baseball, although she follows most sports. She also enjoys hiking, trail running, and exploring new areas.
