The best medicine utilizes a team approach with excellent communication and empowers patients to be actively involved in their own health care. A focus on preventive wellness, with a proactive rather than reactive approach to health, provides the greatest potential for positive outcomes. Optimal nutrition, exercise, sleep/stress management, and life purpose form the pillars of health which can help us all achieve our fullest potential. Whether a patient is suffering from a chronic disease, an acute illness or is generally in good health, I believe each patient should be treated as a unique individual and will work with each patient to find solutions that work best for him or her.
I live in Loveland with my beautiful wife and three children.
