As the Interim Medical Director of the Interventional Pain Clinic, my goal is provide the most up-to-date and high quality care possible for patients suffering from pain. I am a triple board-certified, Harvard-trained interventional spine and pain physician and UVA-trained anesthesiologist. I believe in using every modality and tool available to help people living in pain. I take the time to know my patients, their backgrounds, and their concerns to create a personalized pain plan. I am an editor and reviewer for several journals in pain medicine and anesthesiology. I write questions for the Pain Boards for the American Board of Anesthesiology to help test the next generation of pain doctors. I serve on the American Society of Anesthesiologists Pain Medicine committee which allows me to be at the cutting edge of all procedures available for managing pain, from peripheral nerve stimulators, regenerative medicine, spinal cord stimulation, and others. While at Harvard, I worked with and learned from the top specialists in the world for many pain syndromes, including spine pain, migraines, and cancer pain and hope to continue providing a similar level of care to all Coloradans.
