My passion in medicine centers on developing long-term relationships with patients and partnering with them to meet their goals. Getting to know someone as an individual rather than just a patient, and developing a relationship that is focused on shared decision-making are what I love most about primary care. It is an honor and a humbling experience to care for patients, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do so everyday.

I was born and raised in the Southeast. Moving to Colorado in 2020 was a bit of an adjustment, but well worth it! My family and I love it here. No humidity and no mosquitos. We just have to accept the fact that Spring arrives much later, if at all. My husband Sam is a professor at the Air Force Academy, and we have two very active kids, a beagle and a cat. I enjoy running, hiking and cooking.
