Care works best when it is built around the patient. That starts with understanding their history, current symptoms and goals for treatment. Pain is multifaceted, and I believe that exceptional care involves looking at the big picture and the person as a whole. I emphasize the importance of creating a trusting relationship with my patients while providing them with the knowledge and tools needed to improve their functional status and daily lives. I bring my clinical experience and an evidence-based approach, and we use that to shape a plan that fits the patient’s life, not just their diagnosis.
I am originally from the East Coast and was drawn to Colorado for the mountains and all that they have to offer. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring trails with my German Shepherd, or skiing, mountain biking and camping whenever I can.
