My Philosophy for behavioral health care is centered on understanding, supporting and guiding individuals toward mental, emotional and physical well-being. The approach I take is Person-Centered. Each individual will set their own goal(s) and make their own decision(s) about their mental health treatment. I initiate holistic care that recognizes that a person’s well-being involves more than just their mental health. Together, we will incorporate physical, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions to ensure comprehensive care. Together, we will focus on collaboration, compassion, partnership and one’s strengths to help foster empowerment, resilience and long-term mental health benefits.
