Her goal is to ensure that patients leave the breast surgery practice knowing that all of their needs have been met, whether those needs are physical, psycho-social or emotional.

Ms. McKee has a strong interest in women’s health issues. She has a passion for patient care and wellness. At Memorial, she is an integral part of the breast surgery practice with her primary focus on risk assessment for breast cancer. She sees patients with breast pain, lumps, nipple discharge and abnormal (but probably benign) mammograms. Patients with a family history of breast cancer can particularly benefit from her expertise as she counsels women on how risk for breast cancer can be decreased. She creates individualized surveillance plans that, depending on the patient, may involve increased imaging, genetic counseling and/or testing and medical oncology consultations for endocrine prophylaxis of breast cancer. She educates women on the importance and principles of self-breast exams.
