For me, the real joy of primary care comes from being invited to develop relationships and trust with my patients over time in order to create the best individualized plans of care together. The goals of my practice are to be a source of knowledge, support and partnership for my patients that they can always rely on.

Physical and mental health are the foundation for living well and we all deserve to live well. I very much believe in lifestyle and preventive medicine as essential tools for a healthy life.

I was born and raised in the California bay area and completed medical school and my residency training in Philadelphia. In my personal life I love cooking (food and nutrition is medicine), live music, and exploring the outdoors.
