My approach to patient care is client centered and solution focused. Whether you are seeking to address a specific emotional health concern, process trauma or loss, develop and strengthen skills, or navigate life in a new or different way, you are the ultimate focus in therapy. My role is to hold space while reflecting what you share, as you navigate emotions, motivations and goals. I offer this through evidenced based practices and a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Gestalt and Somatic therapies. I am also trained in EMDR and mindfulness practices.

I enjoy walks in nature, yoga, and time connecting with family and friends.
