I believe that connection and courage are foundational to meaningful healing, and I am honored to walk alongside individuals as they take the courageous step of engaging in therapy. I have experience providing supportive, compassionate care to individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, acute crisis, self-harm, suicidal ideation and the challenges that often accompany significant life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative and strengths-based, with an emphasis on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I use a range of evidence-based approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions to support emotional regulation, strengthen self-worth, develop healthier coping strategies, and increase protective factors. Together, we will focus on your goals while building on the resilience, skills, and strengths you already possess, so you can move forward with greater confidence and hope.

Outside of my work, I’m a proud mom of three teenagers. My daughter’s love of volleyball keeps me busy, and my boys, with their typical teenage antics, definitely keep me on my toes. I love connecting with people, DIY projects and always have a bucket list of places in the world that I’d love to someday explore.
