I am a big believer that movement is medicine and I love that I have the opportunity to use my knowledge and training to help improve lives with movement.
Like many Coloradans, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors hiking, snowboarding, and camping with my husband and son. My family and I are also big sports fans and love to support our local Colorado teams. Working at UCHealth allows me to use my passion to help others achieve their goals.
