My philosophy of care and approach to practicing medicine is based on treating patients as whole individuals, not just as medical cases or illnesses. Every person is unique, with their own situations and needs. To give you the best care, I create a safe and supportive environment where we work together to make health care decisions. By fostering open communication, empathy, and collaboration, I strive to improve the quality of life for my patients while helping them navigate the challenges posed by neurological conditions.
Outside of practicing medicine, I enjoy spending my time with my husband and two rescue pups. We do all things outdoors (triathlons, running, paddle boarding, hiking, snowboarding, skiing, camping). I also love exploring local coffee shops and breweries.

I also have an interest and subspecialty training in clinical neurophysiology which focuses on studying the electrical activity of the nervous system to diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological disorders.

I am interested in the blend of clinical neurophysiology with sports neurology research to better understand how the nervous system responds to athletic activities and injuries. The aim of this research would be to guide focused interventions and enhance athlete care.
