As a board certified OB-GYN, Dr. Sheldon enjoys working with patients in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology. She partners with women and makes a concerted effort to treat each patient in the manner in which she would want her friends or family members to be treated. Often, this involves a focus on education to help women understand obstetric or gynecologic issues that might be afflicting them as well as the various treatment modalities available to them.

Dr. Sheldon attended the University of Denver for her undergraduate education. After that, she moved to Spain to pursue a Master of Arts in Spanish. She stayed there for a year working as a translator before coming back to the United States to pursue her goal becoming a doctor. After medical school, she completed residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and stayed on as an attending physician.
While in Chicago, she was lucky to live close to Wrigley Field so that she could watch her beloved Chicago Cubs. However, the mountains eventually called her back in 2018 when she and her family moved to Denver. She worked for three years at Sky Ridge Medical Center before transitioning to the CU Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology Highlands Ranch (5280).
