My passion lies in assisting patients in achieving their desired level of physical activity, health and overall well-being. I offer a creative approach to managing musculoskeletal complaints with both conventional and alternative modalities. My patient care approach includes the following services: evaluation and management of musculoskeletal conditions, musculoskeletal-related interventional procedures (ultrasound guided peripheral joint injections, myofascial trigger point injections, etc.), Osteopathic Manual Manipulation, electrodiagnosis, chemodenervation for management of migraines and spasticity, exercise prescription, post-stroke and TBI management, and spinal cord injury medicine.
I am a native Coloradan and with the company of my husband, son, and dog, I enjoy trail running, biking, snowboarding, and hiking with my dog.
