I have been practicing family medicine for over 20 years and have been with my current practice since 2008. I earned my undergraduate degree from Colorado College in 1994 and my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Saint Francis University in 2001.
I believe that the foundation of good medical care is trust. Patients don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care—and I carry that perspective into every visit. My goal is to create a space where patients feel comfortable, respected, and truly listened to, while also providing clear, evidence-based guidance.
When I’m not in clinic, you’ll most likely find me cycling, spending time with my family or hiking with my dog.
