With each patient, I strive to develop an individualized treatment plan that works toward their specific goals. I hope to empower patients with both the knowledge and skills that encourage them to take an active role in their health care. In my free time, I love exploring the outdoors while hiking, rock climbing, biking, skiing, and running with my dog. I also enjoy spending time with my family and reading!
