I use a biopsychosocial model of care to address mental health concerns. Consideration is given to the bio (physiological pathology), psycho (thoughts emotions and behaviors) and social (economic, environmental and cultural factors) that each person has in their lives. By utilizing this model of care, we can collaboratively approach life stressors from a whole-person perspective with an ultimate goal of creating or maintaining balance in all aspects of our lives to achieve improved health. I believe that the key to working through life challenges is to approach them directly, with appropriate supports in place.

I am originally from Chicago and have spent the better part of the last decade living in the eastern plains of Colorado. I fell in love with the beautiful landscape of this great state in my teens and enjoy exploring the local and national parks in my free time.
