Health means something different to each person. I think it’s imperative to create an open, comfortable, respectful and safe environment for patients to teach me about their interpretation. I strive to provide information utilizing evidence-based medicine while empowering patients to make plans that fit their definition of health and help achieve their goals.
I relocated to Colorado Springs with my husband and two children. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, skiing, biking, live music and theater.
