My philosophy of care is collaborative, trauma- and violence-informed, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. I integrate psychodynamic therapy with evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), DBT, and EMDR to support healing, insight and meaningful change. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, strengths-based space where clients feel safe, empowered and understood. As a community-minded therapist, I value the broader social and relational contexts that shape mental health, and I enjoy partnering with clients to identify their goals and work toward them at their own pace.

I love to spend time with my partner, son and animals. I enjoy crafts, long walk and reading novels.
