Mandy is a physician assistant who has a broad range of clinical interests including wilderness and travel medicine. Prior to training as a physician assistant, she worked for the Centers for Disease Control studying West Nile virus, Plague and Lyme disease. She is BL-3 trained, which qualifies her to wear a hazmat suit if necessary in outbreak situations. She is a Colorado native and enjoys many outdoor activities, such as backcountry skiing, hiking and fly-fishing.
