I am privileged to be a part of my patients’ health journies as I treat and care for them. Each patient is a unique individual with a dynamic health story and I am eager to understand and support my patients. I am inspired to go to work, practice empathy and compassion, and implement evidence-based interventions to make a positive impact during my patient’s hospital stay.
I personally lived through a traumatic and life-changing injury when I broke my leg. The experience turned out to be a gift, professionally, as I have truly learned first-hand the challenges and needs of a patient. I also worked diligently as a bedside ICU nurse during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. My unique personal and professional healthcare experiences give me motivation and compassion to better understand and effectively care for my patients.
I am native to Colorado and love spending time in the mountains. I enjoy traveling, hiking, off-roading, swimming, biking, and going on adventures with my three sweet dogs.
