Health care is a team effort. My goal is to provide you with education to make decisions regarding your health. I strive to be approachable. I want you to be comfortable sharing your concerns with me. Together we will discuss evidence-based practices and your personal preferences prior to creating a treatment plan.

In my time off I enjoy hiking with my four children in an effort to instill a love of nature. As a family we enjoy visiting National Parks. In addition, I am passionate about advocating for more wheelchair accessible experiences/options since my husband experienced a life changing spinal cord injury in 2019.
