My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, safety and connection. I create an inviting space for individuals to explore their relationships, navigate life’s transitions and strengthen their understanding of themselves. I use evidence-based practices to focus on building trust and offering a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your inner world. Therapy is your time—to feel, reflect, celebrate, grieve and grow. I draw from attachment theory, somatic awareness and a strengths-based approach to support clients experiencing wide ranges of mental health challenges.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and dog! We spend a lot of time outdoors, reading and cooking meals together!
