I truly care about patients as a whole person. To me, this means listening very carefully to my patients, including the patient in discussion about how they would like to approach their care , and making sure that they understand and are comfortable with any medical decisions/plan of care that we come up with together. I enjoy empowering people to take care charge of and understand their own health. I honestly love watching people become healthier and walking along side them as they go through life. I do not hesitate to incorporate specialist care where needed and attempt to be very detail oriented.

I have two small children. I really enjoy hiking and bike riding and have recently started taking karate as an adult. I love to travel and explore new places, and love to eat!

I did ballet for 21 years and used to volunteer with my local ballet company for their Nutcracker production.
