As a dedicated and enthusiastic physician assistant, my philosophy of care is to provide each patient with respect, transparency and a spectrum of treatment options for shared decision making with the patient. My approach is specifically tailored to patient-centered care for disease and injury prevention and maintenance. I believe a multi-faceted medical care team is wholly important to successful patient outcomes. Primarily I utilize minimally invasive and nonsurgical treatment modalities for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Ultimately, my goal for treatment is to improve the patient’s quality of life.

I was born and raised in Colorado Springs and earned a Bachelor’s of Science from UCCS in Biomedical Science. During my undergraduate education, I volunteered at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central and Memorial Hospital North in the Ronald McDonald Family Room and helping with Newborn Hearing Screenings. I then pursued a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ after working as a medical assistant at a sports medicine and spine clinic in Denver. I developed further interest in spine and sports medicine care upon graduating from my physician assistant program, where working as a physician assistant I learned the value in treating patients from a minimally invasive and individualized treatment approach.

When not seeing patients, I enjoy pilates, hiking, and spending time with her family and her labrador retriever, Spot.
