Lisa graduated with her Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. She has practiced in a variety of settings with most of her time spent in outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, and home health care. Her career has been focused on her passion of neuro-rehabilitation, cognitive and visual\vestibular based therapy for those recovering from a concussion\brain injury, stroke or other neurological condition.
In addition, she is skilled in providing rehabilitation to those individuals along the continuum of progressive conditions such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and Dementia. Lisa is a Parkinson’s Disease specialized Occupational Therapist (OT) with a PWR! Moves Certification. As an OT, she is focused to help individuals return to living as full and independent of a life as possible.
Lisa enjoys having family time with her husband and young kids. When time allows, her hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, white water rafting, visiting family in St. Louis, Missouri, and traveling. She loves to get away to her Winter Park condo, when possible, for local traveling.
