I strive to provide the best evidence-based treatments and preventive care and work with my patients to integrate those recommendations with their individual health goals and lifestyles. I value continuity of care and know the importance of a long-term doctor-patient relationship. Many of my current patients have continued to trust me as their personal physician for more than 20 years.
I was born and raised in the Detroit area and moved to Denver in 1995 after completing medical school at the University of Michigan via the Inteflex program and then residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. I have practiced primary care medicine in the Denver area since then. I am a wife, mom of three daughters (including twins), and stepmom to two. When I am not in the office I can be found somewhere with a good book or exploring the walking trails of our beautiful community.
