I care for patients with a multifaceted, personalized approach—taking time to understand who they are beyond their diagnosis. I value clear communication, compassion, and often incorporate lifestyle modifications when helpful. My goal is to meet each patient where they are while guiding them toward better health with both clinical insight and human connection.

Outside of work, I enjoy living an active and adventurous life. I love playing soccer, hiking, paddle boarding, camping, and traveling as often as possible. I’m a parent, and my children are the center of my world, along with a close circle of friends who bring joy and grounding to my life. I also have a deep appreciation for reading, philosophy, and writing, which serve as creative and reflective outlets that keep me curious, grounded, and continually growing.
