As a nurse practitioner, my philosophy is to provide individualized care by acknowledging the patient’s unique perspective on their health, providing education, empowering independence in care management, advocacy for preventative health and by demonstrating evidence-based care. This approach has led me to provide unconditionally compassionate, high-quality care. My philosophy is grounded in the conviction that I am in a unique position to positively impact patient outcomes while emphasizing and creating an atmosphere that supports a strong provider-patient relationship.
I am a Colorado native who grew up in Arvada. I currently reside in Northern Colorado with my college sweetheart, our teenage daughter, dog and chinchilla. When I’m not working, I can be found on the sidelines cheering for my daughter in one of her many sports, coaching high school volleyball or enjoying a Colorado Avalanche hockey game.
