My philosophy of care is centered on delivering high-quality and patient-focused care. I value shared decision-making and delivering care that is guided by current clinical evidence while remaining flexible to each patient’s unique circumstances and preferences. Health promotion and disease prevention are integral to my practice, and I emphasize lifestyle interventions, early screening and continuity of care.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids. I am a Colorado Native and love spending time outdoors.
