I am a board-certified OB/GYN having completed my residency at Wake Forest in 2008. After many years in this specialty, I have found my goal is to work as a team with my patient to ensure that she feels comfortable and educated about her health as she goes through all the different adventures of life. I strive to help women find the care they need, in a fashion that fits their goals and desires. As a female, mother, and wife, I realize how important it is to have confidence in your OB/GYN during all the phases of womanhood because each phase has its own challenges. It is a great honor when your patient entrusts you with the gift of helping her become her best self.
I am a happily married mother of three very active young men. My husband Chris and I spend many hours keeping up with our children’s activities and sports. We moved here to find a place where our career life and home life could complement one another. When we have free time, we love to kayak, camp, hike and play outdoors. I also love to read and enjoy playing sports. We are excited about growing “wiser” and healthier with the Steamboat community and plan to be here for a long time.
