I’m passionate about providing healthcare that encompasses the whole person and partnering alongside my patients to help them achieve their individual goals. My hope is to create an environment where every person feels welcome, respected and valued. Prior to UCHealth, I spent seven years working in primary care at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in both the Denver metro area and Chicago, providing medical care to underserved populations. In 2020, I worked the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic in Chicago and was additionally able to further my education and training to better serve those battling substance use disorders. In addition to preventative wellness and chronic disease management, I enjoy women’s health, contraceptive care and substance use/addiction treatment. My favorite aspect of primary care is that it allows me the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families over time. Outside of clinic, I enjoy reading, running, cycling, spending time with loved ones (including our pets), and being active outdoors.
