I am a nationally certified nurse practitioner and have worked in both hospital and emergency medicine during my advanced practice career. I believe in a team-based, patient-centered approach when providing care to patients. I also find whole body care essential in achieving optimal health for my patients. I believe our daily lifestyle choices play an integral part in our overall health and longevity.
I was born and raised in Colorado Springs and am a fourth-generation Colorado native. I have one son who is a fly fishing guide in the summer and is on ski patrol in the winter. I enjoy hiking, especially to high mountain lakes. Moab and Zion are two of my favorite places. I also enjoy mountain biking, reading, learning, dogs, live music, broadway and jigsaw puzzles.
